Hello, This is Daniel Baldwin. I am writing you today because i feel compelled to do so. As I’m sure you can imagine, being from a famous family of actors that Alec, Billy, Stephen and I have very specific and frequent realty needs. His incredible eye for properties of interest and keen ability to listen to all of our needs was truly a God send. Terry explained every single option to us, right down to the tiniest detail. He left no stone unturned in his relentless 24/7 effort to satisfy our many needs. He told us from the very first day, “ask me, it’s okay.” What a totally relaxing feeling to have when going through what can be a very stressful life changing event but with Terry’s expert guidance and meticulous eye for detail, it actually became a fun and exciting process. I have been in this situation before in life but have never enjoyed or received the type of service provided by Terry. I wanted to take the time to write this letter as small token and thank you to him for going way beyond the call of duty.
